Weekend Certification Schedule

Weekend Certification is designed to deliver the full experience in a focused weekend format.
Expect longer training days so you can complete your certification without taking time off from work.

Weekend 1 – Days 1 & 2 (Virtual or In Person)

Days 1 and 2 are offered either virtually or in person (format varies by cohort).
These two days focus on Student Engagement & Motivation (Differentiated Instruction) Presentation and Practice, the five core components, and key business details.
You will also receive guided support with the portal, tools, and resources so you feel confident using everything after the weekend.

2:10 – 2:20 Afternoon Break
2:20 – 4:30 Student Engagement & Motivation (Differentiated Instruction) Presentation and Practice
4:30 – 4:45 Break
4:45 – 6:00 Portal, Tools & Resources Walkthrough
6:00 – 6:10 Evening Break
6:10 – 7:00 Coaching, Practice, & Wrap Up

Optional Connection Time: When Weekend 1 is held in person on the first evening, we offer a relaxed meet and greet with new Associates and Directors.


Weekend 2 – Day 3 (Virtual)

Day 3 is always virtual and is dedicated to marketing and growth flow for your training business, including messaging, outreach, and practical next steps so you leave with a clear plan.
